Kim joined the Kahane Law Office team as an Articling student after completing her Juris Doctor Degree at the University of Calgary in May 2015. During her law degree, Kim volunteered with Student Legal Assistance and Pro Bono Law Alberta’s Civil Claims Duty Counsel program and Family Justice Services program at the Calgary Courts Centre.
In 2016, Kim moved to British Columbia where she was admitted to the British Columbia Bar and practiced in the area of Estate Litigation. In 2017, Kim re-joined the Kahane Law Office Team as a Litigation and Employment Law associate.
Kim specializes in Civil Litigation, Employment Litigation and Estate Litigation. She also practices in Estate Litigation, Debt Collection and Enforcement of Judgments, and Residential Tenancy Services (including Lease Drafting and Review and Landlord/Tenant Negotiations).
