Litigation Lawyer Candidates
The three candidates whom we are seeking will be:
Three To Four Year Call
This lawyer is between three to four years at the Bar: Further, they have experience in civil litigation and advocacy work. Further, they demonstrate the ability and willingness to work both independently and as part of a collegial team serving a diverse set of clients in a variety of areas. An existing client base is an asset, but not a requirement at all. Mentorship is available through our firm wide open door policy.
Four To Six Year Call
This lawyer is between four to six years at the Bar: Further, they have experience in civil litigation and advocacy work, and demonstrates the ability and willingness to work both independently and as part of a collegial team serving a diverse set of clients in a variety of areas. An existing client base is an asset, but not a requirement.
Six To Ten Year Call
This lawyer is six to ten years at the Bar with an existing client base seeking a more dynamic, fun firm to practice out of with a rewarding and flexible compensation model. An existing client base may be a general litigation base or a base focused on a specific area of litigation.
