3 Membership Plans
We offer 3 different membership plans for you:
Basic Membership: $500/year
Rest easy knowing that you will meet all of the legal requirements associated with owning a corporation. The Basic Membership includes:
- Annual Corporate Maintenance (annual filings, resolutions);
- Kahane Law Office as your registered office; and
- 10% discount on legal services related to your business (except litigation).
Executive Membership: $900/year
As you run your business, you often face issues outside your area of expertise. When those issues concern things such as contracts, agreements, collecting outstanding bills, and other legal problems, our Executive Members enjoy the peace of mind knowing they can set up an appointment to get some legal advice. They also enjoy a 10% discount on all other legal services (except for litigation). The Executive Membership includes:
- Annual Corporate Maintenance;
- Kahane Law Office as your registered office;
- 1x 45 minute Initial Consultation for advice on any issue related to your business at no charge; and
- 10% discount on all legal services (except litigation).
Elite Membership: $1,200/year
Elite Members get additional access to their lawyer, with a meeting up to 60 minutes long to get advice on more complex issues. They also enjoy a 15% discount on all legal services related to their business. The Elite Membership includes:
- Annual Corporate Maintenance;
- Kahane Law Office as your registered office;
- 1x 60 minute Initial Consultation for advice on any issue related to your business at no charge;
- 10% discount on all legal services not related to your business (except litigation); and
- 15% discount on legal services related to your business (except litigation).
NOTE: If additional services are required to bring your minute book up-to-date etc., additional fees will apply. Prices are subject to change without notice.
