Shuna Williams: Litigation Lawyer

Shuna Williams

Shuna Williams is a litigation lawyer specializing in the areas of civil litigation, personal injury, and employment law. She joined the litigation group at Kahane Law Office in 2023.

Prior to joining the firm, she completed her articles and practiced with a small litigation boutique.

Shuna takes a client first approach to her practice ensuring her clients feel heard and have a clear understanding of their rights and their options.

She completed her Juris Doctor at the University of Calgary Faculty of Law. During law school, Shuna volunteered for Student Legal Assistant as a caseworker, won the Alberta Court of Appeal Moot, as well as the Western Family Law Negotiation Competition.

Shuna’s practice focuses on helping small business owners and individuals navigate the civil litigation process. She understands how challenging legal disputes can be and prides herself on advocating for her clients’ rights both in and outside the Courtroom.

Shuna has appeared before the Court of Justice, Court of King’s Bench, and the Court of Appeal.

Life Outside The Law

Outside of work, Shuna enjoys running, hiking, and spending time with her dogs, Oscar and Newt. She recently returned from a trip to Nepal where she trekked to Everest Base Camp
